See all those people fawning over Nick Clegg before the election? He paid them.
Some of you may remember earlier this year, SSY members chased Nick Clegg out of Glasgow when he turned up in our local community centre.
We had found out about Clegg’s public meeting literally half an hour before it began, and were most perplexed about how he managed to fill the Woodside Halls with people despite not publicising the meeting at all… but we shrugged it off and carried on furiously making placards.
We can now reveal that not only had the Lib Dems “bussed in activists from across the country – and across the border…” they also paid companies to ‘recruit’ audience members, spending £9000 on finding gullible chumps to make Cleggy look good at the meeting in Glasgow, as well as four further meetings in England.
The list of ways in which the Lib Dems have duped the public just keeps getting longer and longer…

The people in the photo is the sum total of actual Lib Dem supporters there must have been in the whole of the Woodside Halls. They’re the ones that stayed to get their pictures taken (interrupted by us). There were loads of people who came out and left straight away, presumably the fake Clegg fans they paid.

What were the placards again? I can mind “Nick Clegg is NOT against nuclear weapons” and “Why did you oppose the minimum wage Nick?”
The Lib Dems are the UK’s version of a colour revolution. Lots of eejit students that sound idealistic but are actually backing PURE EVIL.

Jo Swinsons electoral campaigns are boosted by professional campaigners sent up from england during every election. East Dunbartonshire was flooded with people from England during her first election campaign for Westminster. East Dunbartonshire Lib Dems have about 15 activists at most, yet tens of activists trudge the streets for her. It would be interesting to find out how much all of that costs and if funds are diverted from other less “hopeful” campaigns.
Other placards we had included “Nick Clegg wants to ghettoise immigrants,” “The Lib Dems are NOT an alternative” and “Vote Against Cuts.”
I think there should be a team up with Campsie comrades, SSY and anti education cuts campaigners to make Jo Swinson feel some heat as one of the MPs that voted for the rise in tuition fees.
